All reservations are refundable if we are able to rebook your dates

If we are not, any cancellation with less than 60 days notice we offer a 50% refund, less than 30 days is nonrefundable .

100% REFUND WITHIN 60 DAYS OF STAY. 50% REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF STAY. IIf cancelled dates can be rebooked a full refund will be offered. Dates that can not be rebooked will not be refunded.

HOUSE RULES

NO SMOKING

Out of respect to future guests smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please use ashtrays for cigarette butts.

The kitchen: is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and flatware, dishwasher, coffee machine (beans provided), everything you'll need for cooking, spices, and of course our olive oil. Please feel free to use this as needed.

Children and babies stay at their own risk with parental supervision. The house and pool should not be considered "child proof" as risks exist for unattended children..

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of guests for the house is 6 Adults (unless approved in advance by owners). Linens, Bath & Pool towels are included.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS

Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. Casa Pergola is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
